You can pay either with your iPhone or iPad. All you need to do is to select Apple Pay as payment method, then confirm your payment with Face ID, Touch ID or password.

You'll pay using your Safari Web browser on your iPhone, iPad, or MacBook. You don't need to create an account or fill in long forms. Select Apple Pay as your payment method and confirm. You can also pay from your MacBook using Touch ID.

Paying with Apple Pay is as secure as with any contactless payment. Each transaction will be authorized by you with Face ID, Touch ID or password.

On the phone number declared at the bank, you’ll receive a unique SMS password, which you need to enter in the application to successfully enroll the OTP Bank card in Apple Pay. To update your phone number please call us at 0800 88 22 88.

If your device is lost or stolen, you can cancel your Apple Pay payment from Find My Phone app or your Apple account, even if your device is offline and not connected to a mobile data network or Wi-Fi network. Also, we recommend that you notify us as soon as possible by phone call at 0800 88 22 88 or that you block your cards via Smart Bank application or on the Internet Banking service.

  • Your device password must be complex (must contain numbers, letters, special characters). This will protect your device if you lose it or if it’s stolen;
  • Take into account that all Touch ID/Face ID passwords recorded on a device can be used for transactions through Apple Pay.

Apple Pay transactions have the same standard limits as your card. You can update your transactions limits, easily, from Internet Banking and from SmartBank application or by phone call 0800 88 22 88.

Of course, if payments are made through Mastercard credit cards from OTP Bank that offer payment in installments. The method of payment in installments remains unchanged.
